Dr. Baruti earned his B.S in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis in 1998 and his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2002. He completed his 3-year Family Medicine Residency in 2005. He was then deployed to Balad, Iraq where he led a 32 member medical team as Battalion Surgeon. Upon returning to the US, Dr. Baruti served as medical director for both military and civilian medical clinics

Stantisha Kemp, CPA specializes in financial planning and strategic development to improve corporate competitiveness and market share. She manages the financial and fiscal efforts of the Company and has traveled the country extensively providing financial consulting to various companies. Mrs. Kemp also served on the finance team for Cardiomems Inc., a new medical device company recently acquired by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Luis Pando is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FlowBrush Inc. and is responsible for the software development and IT solutions required by the Company. Prior to this role, Luis earned his Masters Degree in Computer Science at Oviedo University in Asturias, Spain. He then created security software applications for various banking, IT and security firms.
