Florida Diving Center was established to meet the growing demand for quality training within the recreational and professional levels of scuba diving. The company will operate a full service dive retail location, dive charter service and dive school from the Florida Keys. Our customers are dive travelers, as well as storm-term and long-term (6-month) students.

    Mr. Barnes is a 10-year veteran of the adventure travel industry. He founded StormTours.com, a luxury storm chasing extreme expedition tour and is the owner of StormChase.com. Mr. Barnes is a internationally known published photographer, conservationist and a certified PADI Divemaster.

    Captain & Course Director

    Capt. Brenner is a PADI Course Director and former Assistant Director of the Marine Diving Science department at Florida Keys Community College. She is also a DAN Course Director and USCG Captain Instructor.

    Mr. Thrower is a PADI certified Open Water Scuba Instructor with over 15-years of experience in the dive retail and training industry.

    Store Manager

    Mr. Barnes has over 8-years experience is international project management and logistics. He currently holds a PADI certification as an Advanced Open Water Diver with EANx.
