With 20 years of experience, James has played an assortment of roles in product development ranging from technical to management. Most recently, as a Product Manager at Yahoo!. James focused on the Latin American market, driving the efforts to increase the audience and monetization in the region. James specializes in leading cross-functional teams using Agile methods. James holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Sharon studied economics at one of Colombia’s most prestigious universities. Later, earned an Executive MPA in International Public Service at New York University. In 2002, Sharon launched the US division of her family’s intimate apparel business, Annette International. Starting from scratch, Sharon’s successes include selling to retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and HSN. Sharon specializes in business development and administration.
