    CEO

    President and CEO of Flat Rock, has his Masters in Geographic Information Science and has been working in the GIS industry for over 20 years. Blaine has been a business owner for 10 years. Blaine has both breadth and depth in a variety of GIS environments, both proprietary and open source for state and local government, consulting engineering and planning and Fortune 500 companies.

    CTO

    Paul was a network and systems engineering analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area. After a decade serving well-known companies like Oracle, Fujitsu and AT&T Paul returned to the mid-west in 2003 and entered the GIS field. He started Northstar Geographics in 2007, specializing in environmental and natural resources, small software projects and using GIS in litigation support.
