Reka participated in the establishment of Flan-Technologies in 2009 because she decided to profit by her knowledge and experience in running her own business. Studied sociology and graduated in Hungarian literature/history from ELTE University. She is experienced in the field of press, radio, TV, and online activities.

Balazs graduated at the Eötvös Loránd University of Science, in Computer Sciences and Mathematics in 2003. He got his first jobs as a programmer at small web design and 3D animation companies. Using these experiences he and his university colleague, founded Visual MINDS Studio. Since the year 2005 Balazs is the head of the company, mainly focusing on using and inventing new technologies to be used for new media and interaction design.

Andras is an interaction designer focusing on the social and cultural aspects of human/computer interaction, the relation between internet/mobile devices and their users and particularly the visual results of the above. He graduated from the University of Fine Arts Budapest then co-founded Frutta Elettronica in 1995, where he acted as creative director for 10 years. He established Nextlab media art group in 2005 and Guanxi partnership.

As the New Business Director of Flan-Technologies he is responsible for the foreign expansion of our services. He graduated from the Corvinus University in economics, international relations and communication. During his career as marketing manager of a software development company and as e-learning expert he gained thorough insight into the aspects of creation and operation of technology-based services.
