This is a solution to empower the 75% of women who are intimidated by the gym environment, making fitness sociable, effective and affordable. Users log on, select the training session at a location, date and time that suits them and can train at one of our partner gyms or outside.

She is an entrepreneur having set up her own nutrition coaching business, and was the Financial Director of a start-up e-commerce company at university, as well as having a commercial background in fast-paced fashion buying.

Chris has founded two previous successful fitness businesses, and is an advocate for getting people active. His work in communities was even recognised recently at 10 Downing Street, and he is incredibly well connected in the industry at a high level position.

    Lee has been an entrepreneur in technology since the age of 17 and has 10 years experience at the two largest technology companies in the world, IBM and Verizon, where he managed huge projects. He has co-founded several previous start-ups and was even featured as an entrepreneur by the BBC.
