Neda is responsible for business and financial operations, strategy, and partner relations at FITiST. Prior to starting FITiST, she held various roles in finance and fashion and luxury goods, at companies including Bear Stearns, Oscar de la Renta, Chanel, La Prairie and Gilt Groupe. Neda has a BA from Georgetown University and MBA from The Wharton School.

Caroline is responsible for business and marketing strategy, as well as new member acquisition and technology. Prior to starting FITiST, she helped build new businesses for NY-based VC firm Tricera Partners, including Flywheel Sports. She has also served as a marketing executive for the $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty brand for several years. Caroline has a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from The Wharton School.

Jonathan is responsible for creative and brand development at FITiST. He has had a successful career in advertising, retiring from McCann Worldgroup as Worldwide Chief Creative Officer in 2006. He created numerous famous campaigns, including “Priceless” , “Army Strong”, and the E*TRADE Baby. He’s currently an investor in a handful of consumer businesses and the founder of Craninthink. Jonathan has a BA from Middlebury College.
