My company, Fit Emblem, is developing a health and fitness smartphone/tablet app called The Fit Life. It helps lower obesity in all ages by presenting the users with informative details and reviews about food and exercises. This app will recommend dietary plans, restaurants, exercises and goals. This app will also keep track of calories burned by monitoring heart rate and will present the user with their statistics, both graphically and written.
