Dr. Sommers is an Ivy League trained Neonatologist and leading telehealth expert for newborns having established the first model of telehealth care for hospitals that offer maternity services but lack neonatal intensive care services. He is published in leading pediatric journals including Pediatrics and Pediatric Research and is currently working in private practice.

Dr. Koppel serves as the Regional Perinatal Center Medical Director for the Northwell Health System and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Donald and Barbara Zucker - School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He is a leading expert in the use of pulse oximetry as a screening tool for detection of infants with critical congenital heart disease.

Mr. Weinberg is an experienced healthcare leader with 20 years of leadership. Guy has been the founder and CEO of HeadSense Medical, a digital health company that developed a neurodiagnostic device. As the CEO of HeadSense, Guy founded the company in Israel as well as its U.S. subsidiary, raised more than $10M in several investment rounds, brought several generations of product to market, managed a team of more than 20 employees
