Carson Minow is a contracted producer, director, camera operator and editor, and serves as managing director of First Punch Film Production. She has twelve years of experience in independent film production and reality television. She is presently serving as a juror on the New Filmmaker's Forum for 2013 St. Louis International Film Festival.

Sam is a member of the RBC Leadership Circle 100, The Cherokee Street Business Assoc., and works tirelessly to make Saint Louis a better place to live. He has been producing reality television, independant short and feature length films, animation and independent narrative work since 2005. He is the star of a new show set to air on Discovery Channel in the 1st quarter of 2014 titled Salvage City.

Ryan has an extensive knowledge of production and post production. A strong foundation as both a visual artist and video editor has taught him to always sweat the details. Ryan's strong communication skills allow
on-camera and voice over talent to feel comfortable enough to tell their stories authentically.

Gary has been the primary council for First Punch since the second quarter of 2012. He has negotiated deals for First Punch with Discovery Channel, William Morris Endeavor Agency, Property Landlords, licensing and merchandising, trademark and copyright, and dozens of talent exclusive option agreements. His knowledge of the entertainment industry both inside and outside of Saint Louis make Gary a valuable asset to First Punch.
