First Step Staffing is a social enterprise, non profit temporary staffing firm that employs individuals exiting homelessness . We identify customers with light industrial, janitorial and other positions and support our clients by providing transportation, job coaching and connections to essential services in the community. Today we provide jobs to over 1,000 individuals each week in Atlanta, Nashville and Philadelphia with revenues of $44M.
