FireHUD has developed an early warning system for overexertion in firefighting. During incidents or training, an IoT platform allows fire departments to monitor each firefighter’s vital signs in real-time and alerts are sent when a firefighter exceeds personalized safety thresholds. Additionally, the biometric data is recorded and a suite of analysis tools allow officers to pinpoint weaknesses in training regimens and evaluate fitness levels.
