Matthew holds a Series 7, 63, and 24 license; providing middle office support ie; brokerage account openings/approvals and has taken the lead in the ongoing development of FinTron's product and services.

Richard Feldman - has served as a CFO and FINOP for various companies for over 20 years, including firms ranging from national self-clearing firms to small start-ups including notable names such as Waterhouse Securities, Muriel Siebert Securities, and Betterment. Prior to being a FINOP, Richard worked in the audit group of Deloitte & Touche, servicing clients such as Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter, and Bear Stearns. Richard will serve as the FINOP.
