    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Ruelle is the Chairman and CEO of Fine Point Technologies and has over 20 years of communications industry experience. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Ruelle was the CEO of Access PAS, a subsidiary of PanAmSat, Inc., that was established upon it’s purchase of Sonic Telecom, a company that was founded by Mr. Ruelle in 1997. Sonic was an international transporter of video over fiber. Prior to 1997, he worked for Orion Network Systems, Inc. and MCI.

    CFO/COO

    Scott Rockafellow founded and was the MD of Willowoak Investments Limited, a Zambian manufacturer and exporter of furniture and lumber from 2006-2012. From 1999 to 2005, he was EVP-Corp. Dev. for Sonic Telecom, where he arranged financing and managed partnerships in India, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to 1999, Mr. Rockafellow was an investment banker at several firms, including Lehman Brothers. He has a BA from Dartmouth and an MBA from HBS.

    Mr. Vargo is an expert software engineer, programmer and project manager with over 25 years of experience the field. Prior to joining Fine Point, he worked for TRW, Engineering Research Associates, Ciena Corporation, and other entities that were engaged in intelligence related projects. Mr. Vargo holds a BS degree in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

  • Dominick DeAngelo
    Vice President, Sales & Marketing

    Mr. DeAngelo has over 30 years experience in the development, implementation, and sales of innovative telecommunication technologies. He was the Regional Sales Director for Brilliant Telecommunications, which provided SIP/VOIP equipment to the telecom service providers. Prior to that, he was the VP of Bus. Dev. at NexTone and the COO for Sonic Telecom. Before Sonic, Mr. DeAngelo headed various business units at Broadwing, Sprint and NYNEX.
