FIn manufactures fresh and value-added fish products from wild-caught Asian Carps. We sell whole fish, steaks, roasts and have developed the only process in the world to extract boneless fillets from this fish. Our flagship value-added products are fish sausage (fresh, prepared), smoked fish, baked fish, and fish egg rolls. Our customers are Asian stores and supermarkets in Louisiana, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and Illinois.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Luu has a PhD in Nutritional Sciences and has worked in the public and private sectors. She is an accomplished grant writer and manager. She has been involved in the local fishing industry since November, 2009. She leads the development of our value-added products and handles all finances, sales and marketing. She has a long track record of working with Asian communities and has penetrated these markets across 6 states since August, 2011.

  • John Francis Crilly
    Chief Operating Officer

    Dr. Crilly has a PhD in Health Services Research and possesses strong analytical and management skills. He has worked for the Wall Street investment firm Alliance Capital Management and performed the FIn background research on Asian Carp and its market potential. He also developed the technique to extract boneless fillets from the fish. He leads the production, packaging, and transportation functions of FIn.
