Ms. Ashland has 15 years experience in corporate settings in HR and Project Management. She has worked for Arthur Andersen Accounting Firm, Blue Cross Blue Shield, LLP and Levi Strauss. She has managed projects with budgets in excess of $1,000,000. Ms. Ashland established a sole proprietorship in 2006 and is a published author. She Co-Founded Fidgets2Widgets, LLC in 2012, along with Pam Simon and is currently serving as CEO.

Ms. Simon worked for 18 years in corporate health care settings as Clinician, Program Coordinator and Supervisor. Ms. Simon has a B.S. in Speech/Language Pathology and a Masters in Social Work from Gallaudet University, specializing in Deafness. Her passionate contribution to Fidgets2Widgets has been in curating and developing curriculum, which is now being developed into an online platform.

Jayko is the first licensee of Fidgets2Widgets. After months of volunteering to learn every aspect of the business, Jayko took over operations in January, 2018. He is also an integral part of the online computer education platform as co-creator of the instructional videos.

Justus has been a software engineer and entrepreneur himself for 13 years. He created TeacherText, a homework reminder platform as well as a registration, payment and attendance app for afterschool programs. Currently, he is the Lead Developer for F2W Badges, creating proprietary instructional videos, quizzes and badges based on existing Fidgets2Widgets' curriculum.
