As chairman and founder of Fervent Pharmaceuticals, George Royster is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction of the company. He currently holds a patent pending for an innovative drug in the treatment of hot flashes. Prior to starting Fervent Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Royster spent over 20 years in the healthcare field.as a management and operations consultant.

Dr. McKenna has over 30 years of industry experience in research and development, executive management, and as an advisor to companies and investment firms in the life sciences sector. Previous experience includes: founder and CEO of Merrion Pharmaceuticals, VP of science and technology at Pappas Ventures and VP of drug development at Parke Davis (Pfizer).
