With Feldpartitur, video information is gathered diagrammatically over a timeline by means of written signs and visual symbols. We owe the idea of placing the Feldpartitur software on the market to a large number of people who have encouraged us to carry on after our first publication. We’ve been open to the public since May 2011.

    During her PhD, Christine Moritz, analysed forms of face-to-face communication in fields of instrumental pedagogical action based on video records.

    Feldpartitur is one of three methodical results of her dissertation.

    Dr. Moritz’s research interests are the systematic and methodological foundations of video transcription in qualitative social research as well as in the investigation of genuine musical communication.
