    Raised by a family of restaurateurs, was immersed in New York City’s culinary culture from an early age. In her late teens, Vanessa was diagnosed with celiac disease. She began to experiment with gluten-free recipes after realizing there was not any ready-made gluten-free meals. Understanding first-hand what her customers struggles are she aims to make the world easier for those on gluten-free diets.

    A graduate of CIA, Tryg grew up on a dairy farm. He has always had an appreciation for the origins of food. With his passion for the culinary arts and his zeal for gluten-free cooking, Tryg gained experience in NYC working at Nobu and Jean Georges and Balducci’s, Tryg recognized the need for convenient gluten-free prepared meals. Before launching Feel Good Foods, Tryg and Vanessa opened Friedman’s, a gluten-free café in NYC.
