Eric joined the Start Up Loans Company during their pilot phase designing the programme's front-end processes and managed a Delivery Partner network including Virgin Startup and The Prince's Trust. He helped the company secure funding of 500 million from the UK Government. Previous Eric spent 8 years supporting the execution of international M&A deals with Duff & Phelps.

Tom has eight years’ experience across three early stage start-up companies – MyVillage (local-review social network); Digital Governance (global e-commerce solutions); Mr. Hare (high-end shoe retailer). Tom is a native Londoner who has also spent 5 years in high-end hospitality creating a strong network. Tom also does work with 2041, previously operating in Antarctica as Head of Communications, and is an active proponent of environmental change
