    Marc oversees corporate strategy and provides leadership and vision. He has more than 7 years experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and strategy with a focus on renewable energy projects. Marc founded Empower Solar (acquired 2010) where he was responsible for building a national channel partner network for deploying capital into renewable energy projects. Marc holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from St. Lawrence University.

    CTO & Co-founder

    Adam is responsible for technology infrastructure, systems integration, and data architecture at Faze1. He has more than 5 years experience in the power and utilities sector with PG&E, Black & Veatch, and NREL. Adam was handpicked by PG&E to lead the strategy for growing a $200MM business line. Adam is taking a leave from Harvard Business School to work on Faze1 and has a BS from the Colorado School of Mines.

    Eliot is responsible for Faze1’s commercial strategy and product development. He has over 8 years residential sales and marketing experience. Over a 4-year period, Eliot led the growth of a residential sales division of GroSolar that was acquired by SolarCity. He also has experience with training and CRM implementation for networks of sales professionals. Eliot holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Marlborough College.
