I am the founder of FavoriteEats. As an entrepreneurial minded sales professional for several cutting edge tech companies (Altiris, Omniture, Demandbase), it was only a matter of time until I created my own tech solution to sell.

Erik is our resident restauranteur, with a wealth of operational experience. This expertise makes him an invaluable resource in product roadmap, testing, and validation, as well as understanding what restaurant owners want in a technology solution. He purchased his first restaurant in 2006, has bought and sold two other restaurants since then, and provided his expertise as a consultant to other restaurants owners.
