We acquire capital for businesses that are unable to get funding from a bank. We are currently in an industry that lends money out unsecured at an average interest rate of 110% over a 9 month term. What we are looking to do is lend out money at a slightly lower rate (80%), extend the term to 18 months, and secure the investment with real estate.
