including: Class 4 commercial construction, power generation and CHP engineering, petroleum processing, fuel refining and fuel conditioning. Experienced with Internet language programming, wireframe architecture
and user interfaces.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Founder and CEO of Infinimedia a Miami based web software development firm since 1996. Brian is a native of Miami and has nurtured a technology culture that has drawn international acclaim through his Refresh Miami organization. Promoting innovative technology and entrepreneurship on a monthly basis has placed Brian at the center of many of the startup companies that call Miami home.

As a sales executive, Mr. Vicente has achieved multiple, back-to-back national awards in sales for Nielsen and was a national trainer in their media markets division. Incorporating his breadth of experience and versatility, has led to a dynamic and cohesive executive board. So far, many of his innovations to installation methods were incorporated into the formation of Fast FiBR.

Beginning his career in the real estate and contract-drafting sector of law, Mr. Borell has been successful in many “whistle blower” type landmark legal cases. Being in private practice for over 20 years, Mr. Borell has had experience dealing specifically with homeowners’ associations, foreclosures, lien laws and many of the complex legal ramifications that developing Fast FiBR’s mini-Content Delivery Networks (mCDN) requires.
