Farmstead Meatsmith is a traditional, custom livestock processor. We slaughter, butcher and cure for small farmers raising their own small herds for their own consumption. We are unique in our old-world methods, which means humane harvests, abundant yields and delicious culinary ends. We also teach our craft within our region and country-wide through hands-on classes, instructional films, PDF downloads and a growing on-line media platform.
