John started his career in FinTech after getting a B.S. in Finance from SFSU. Over two different startups across finance and market research, John built outbound sales processes from the ground up where he wrote copy, developed outreach campaigns, conducted product marketing interviews, and more. A consistent performer, John either adapts and develops new processes or brings in high ACV business.

Half Dental Surgeon, half ruggedly handsome entrepreneur, Frank Mikkelsen has been a highly successful dentist for 40+ years. He brings SMB expertise and discipline to the Farmor Team, helping ensure we keep costs low and practice traditional business methodologies.

Ruanne started her career in Silicon Valley working her way up to Regional Sales Executive in high tech distribution. She has also worked in environmental remediation, ultimately becoming the lead for all munitions remediation across the Armed Forces. After semi-retiring, she earned a masters in Organizational Leadership and followed her new passion into cannabis with a job at a high-end dispensary in Carmel, CA.
