Nancy is the founder and President of Coleman Stranczek Consulting Group, a consulting firm focused on helping new and established businesses achieve their full potential by making their processes more efficient and their people more effective. Nancy is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. She received a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Management Information Systems.

Mary Claire has over 15 yrs. experience working in the university setting. She worked with McGraw Hill for several years in administration and currently works for Webster University as an administrative assistant to the chair of the Counseling Department. Her knowledge in organization and management skills is valuable for our company and her attention to detail is excellent.
