Company Summary

We make mouthwatering truffles and almond pralines with dark chocolate sourced from Venezuelan Criollo beans out of our licensed home kitchen. We want to set up a retail location where we'll sell really delicious chocolate, wine, coffee drinks, & gelato to gourmand Vermonters & tourists that pack in knowledge and enjoyment by highlighting and celebrating the real and important people, places, and processes behind the products we make and sell.
