We offer locally sourced, higher quality, delicious food at reasonable prices. Our model is similar to that of Panera, but instead of baked goods, we offer ice cream. We have a name brand already recognized throughout 9 states because our namesake farms have been selling their products in grocery stores for over 15 years in Farmers Cow, LLC. Despite the restaurant having been open since 2012, the Calfe actually put up record sales during Covid.
