Company Summary

Today, 5% of Americans are vegetarian. That's 16 million people! About half are vegan- double the amount there were in 2009. Interestingly, 33% of non-vegetarian Americans, over 100 million people, are consciously eating vegan/vegetarian meals more often. Despite this booming, ever-growing market, there is a void in the restaurant industry. This fall, we're bringing a brand new fast food vegan concept to New York City in order to fill that void.
