Teemu has background in user experience and product design for the well-being sector. He has created the current visual look of the Familings brand and the website. With a degree from industrial design and history in both modern arts and engineering he has a good toolset to solve creative problems and create a brand that customers love

Previously Pekka led global product marketing from concepting to launch for Nokia-branded mobile phones at Microsoft. He has also worked with Pampers. Now he is helping Familings with branding and customer offering. Pekka is very up-to-date with marketing issues and a brilliant and efficient employee.

With 30 years' experience from textile factories like Luhta Riitta is the perfect person to design our textiles and makes them go to production. During her career she has been cutting, sewing, line managing, planning the prototypes, monitoring quality and planning production of different textile products.

Panu has over 5 years' experience in different aspects of mechanical engineering. He is the one who makes our product long-lasting, realiable, easily manufacturable and safe for the precious babies.

Markus has experience in technology and production. With three degrees he is taking care of strategy, finance and law issues
