    Design & Brand Director

    Tony, who is from Melbourne and was putting his design and branding skills to work with major brands like Coke, Etihad and Ford and earned his degree in Industrial Design at RMIT before packing up and moving to the Alps. It was Tony who started making skis in 2003 out of frustration with the status quo and a drive to create something better.

    Olivier built up the Nørrona European sales team from scratch and went on to run the sales team driving $83 million in revenues at Salewa before joining Faction as Sales Director and investing his own capital in this round on the same terms as we are offering investors when he saw the opportunity. Olivier’s global and apparel experience aligned with trade channel clarity has made a potent impact from day one.

    Josh is a veteran in digital, product marketing and communications starting at Powder Magazine before spending years at Black Diamond and thereafter Backcountry.com.

    James joined Faction after years of retail-focused finance with the owners of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brand in Europe, John Lewis and Debenhams. James brings a combination of experience with fashion and retail finance and extensive ERP and systems reporting that makes it possible for our multi-national to go fast and stay lean
