If a gown costs Rs.30,000 we source it at either Rs.10,000 or pay a commission of Rs.6700 on it with the designer that owns the inventory. For the customer, rental price of a Rs.30K gown is Rs.6000 - so if rent it out more than 2 times we recover the cost and additional rental orders are margins for us.
