    Tom has been growing hydroponic herbs and greens for three years. Prior to this he has over fifteen years of experience in editing, marketing, and advertising. Concerned about harmful pesticides in our food supply, Tom started Fable with the help of local growers such as Deb Taft, to supply healthy food to Westchester County using modern technological advancements such as hydroponics, LED lighting, and more.
