He started his medical and pharmaceutical career at Novartis in product development, sales and marketing. He previously founded a biotech firm for medical devises (Creative Science & Technology) and manufactures immune assay diagnostics test.

Gracie Suzara posseses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance. She had worked in a telecom company for years as Financial Officer until she joined Ted Unarce in founding GTC Films and serve as VP Admin for GTC Biotech Inc . Ms Suzara is the current Administrator of The World Indie Film Festival, a film festival dedicated to showcasing new and innovative films.

Orlando Yabes has a Master's degree of Business Administration. A seasoned cost/ project [mostly in manufacturing] management professional , he's an effective team leader; highly motivated self-starter, results-oriented and a mentor. Also as a businessman, he was once President of Versalet International Company CA, for 5 years whose product was versalet with patent USA, a universal conduit fitting.

Mr. James Nelson began his executive career 30 years ago at Bain and Company, the premier business strategy consulting firm in the world, where he managed teams of consultants on four continents solving CEO-level programs for global companies. Prior to joining Solar3D, he spent 20 years working in the private equity industry as both a capital partner and operating CEO to portfolio companies. Mr. Nelson was a General Partner at Peterson Partners.

Dr. William Brickner has a half century of combined experience as a business executive in charge of strategic planning and business acquisitions for two major U.S. corporations, as a Professor of Management and Department Chairman at San Jose State University. He is an example of a person who changed careers starting with his Mechanical Engineering degree from Case-Western Reserve University, a MBA from Miami University.

Dr Lu is Senior Consultant/Scientist for Advanced Bio-Science. He is the co-founder of Pinnacle Biosystems Inc. Prior to this, Dr Lu was managing Director of the Department of Toxicology for Anaken Laboratories. For amny years, he was Chief Chemist and Microbiologist for Murray Biological/Pharmaceutical Company. His areas of expertise are toxicology , pharmacology, physiology, microbiology and research and development of advance diagnostics.
