Zassi Medical Evolutions was sold in 2006 for 15x. Prior to Zassi Medical Evolutions and e-Zassi, Peter served in numerous capacities for both small and large medical device companies.

    Jim’s expertise in cloud computing and SaaS is based on his almost two decades developing software and e-business applications. Over the years, Jim held senior management positions with Humana Healthcare, Fidelity National, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Touch Point Channels and Integrations products with direct responsibility for product management, design and construction of the flagship standards-based product suite.

    Controller

    Prior to acting as the controller for Zassi Medical Evolutions since 2000, he spent 10 years in financial analysis, accounting and forestry research with Canada's largest forest products firm. There, he was responsible for the consolidation of operating results, plans and forecasts for nine operating divisions with annual revenues exceeding $700 million.
