Dr. Robert Heck is the Founder of EZ LIFT Rescue Systems. He currently practices Emergency Medicine at Intermountain Health Care’s Premier Medical Center in Murray, Utah. He was co-founder and partner of MediTech, Inc from 2004 through 2011 which designed, manufactured, and marketed EMS products - the Backraft, the MCI Manikins, a patient moving tarp, as well as backboard lifting handles. He holds three issued patents and five pending patents.

He has made his mark as a visionary entrepreneur who has challenged the status quo in every industry he as entered and transformed companies from pedestrian to industry standouts.Serving as the chief executive and/or operational officer of four companies over the last 30 years, he is skilled in building successful companies.

Barry Hickerson has served in various Emergency Medical capacities for more than 30 years. Most recently he was the National Sales Manager for Masimo, a global medical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, including medical devices and a wide array of sensors. He also served as the National Sales Manager for 5.11 Tactical, a company that was ranked #211 on the 2007 Inc. 500 — Inc
