He knew there had to be a better way and later developed this innovative trash solution to a problem so common that most had given up trying to solve it. Today, as co-founder, his invention is widely available to the restaurant, hospitality and commercial sanitation markets where he has changed the way people think about trash.

Kiran “Raj” RajBhandary has produced remarkable results for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500’s. Ford, Boeing, Harley, Disney, many others. His instinctive leadership approach, as president of EZ Dump Commercial, has delivered heightened visibility, accessibility, increased sales and improved operational effectiveness. He spearheads strategic development, investor relations, research, procurement, product development and marketing.

Brady has significant experience in national sales and sales leadership with with Reddy Ice, Eastman Kodak, 3X startups and others. He is a fantastic listener and is thoughtful and attentive to customers needs and the details of their business operations.

Gary Baudisch is Chief Technology Officer of EZ Dump Commercial and is responsible for the company’s technology integration, including all websites, data reporting, customer processing, and security processes with our third party vendors. He brings more than 35 years of experience to his position, including serving in the United States Navy. He has built and led start up technology teams in numerous markets.
