MIke founded Hagan Benefits, Inc. which is in the business of administration selling and servicing of insurance products for association affinity programs and providing third party administration and marketing services for governmental entities. See the PPM for more information.

Jim is the previous owner of Sycle Country in Milford, IA, a manufacturer of plows and accessories for all-terrain vehicles, golf carts and garden tractors. He retired in 2005.

Steve is the Vice President and founder of Val-Add Service Corporation which is a business consulting firm that specializes in providing serivces to start up companies. Peior to 1997, he held positions with CitiGroup, Bank One, Prudential, and New York Life Insurance Company. See the PPM for addtional information.

Marcia is a partner with Val-Add Service Corporation. Prior to joining Val-Add Service Corporation, she was the founding Executive Director of the Enterprise Institute in Brookings, SD which served as a virtual incubator fofr commercialization research and growth oriented startup businesses.
