Lance Glasser is CEO of ExXothermic where he spends the vast majority of his time. Lance is also CEO of GX3 Innovations and a Board member of D2S. Before striking out on his own, Lance held many positions at KLA-Tencor, incl CTO and GVP. Eariler, Lance was Dir of Electronics Tech at DARPA. Lance was on the faculty in the M.I.T. EECS Department, 1980-1988. Lance has written numerous articles, a book on VLSI and has dozens of granted patents.
