    As Founder/VP Bus. Dev., Mr. Mayer will spearhead the sales & distribution strategies.

    Mr. Mayer's 30-year professional career has been dedicated to facilitating sales of Safety, Health and environmental-related products and solutions. He has worked in executive capacities for both international product distribution firms and directly for product manufacturers of personal safety products. His strategic development and implementation of business plans has consistently led to increased sales and profitability to stakeholders.

  • Phillip Trotter
    As Founder, Mr. Trotter obtained design rights for the splinting & bracing devices from the (Jim) Gray family trust, subsequently renaming the company Exxocera. He has been active with the largest distributor in the medical device industry, BSN Medical.

    Mr. Trotter has a BS degree in Public Admin from Univ. of Tennessee & offers over 25 years of successful experience in sales, profit & loss management, business development, mergers & acquisitions and growth strategies for a variety of companies. He was selected to be part of the Vulcan Merger and Acquisition team, helping the company grow $850 million through major acquisitions and increased market share. In two roles in the insurance industry,

  • Scott McCall
    As Founder/Technical Advisor, Dr. McCall has and will continue to apply products to patients in his own practice and, in a broader scope, within his peer practitioner groups.

    Dr. Scott McCall is a board certified orthopedic surgeon & specializes in sports medicine and joint replacement. He has used Exxocera (previously Gray Splint..see video) splints in his practice for the last 4 years. After his residency at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis he is a partner at the Mid-Tenn. Bone & Joint Clinic. McCall attended The College of William and Mary and is in their HoF. He has received many other national sportsman awards.
