Kevin has 30 years of board-level international business experience in General Management, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. Kevin has specialised in driving small companies though rapid growth and expansion to acquisition and merger, as well as leading large world wide teams with annual turnover exceeding £250M.
In addition to Extremis, Kevin currently sits on the boards of a number of companies in UK and Canada.

Julia joined the company in 2013 as Managing Director. Prior to that she had 15 years’ experience running high value global projects for Credit Suisse amongst others. With her experience of international business and negotiating at a senior level with major organizations, Julia is ideally placed to lead our search for investors and customers.

Ex REME, Simon originally qualified as an Electronics and Electrical Engineer to BTEC ONC, developing his management competence and qualifications in a frenetic Military Engineering environment over 24 years, going from tradesman to Senior Engineering Manager, ultimately qualifying with Association of Project Management Professionals Level D and Practitioner, combined with Prince 2. Commercial experience as PM in the Offshore Oil and Gas sector.
