Prior to Extrasense, Oliver co-founded Plug Cambridge. Plug Cambridge was a coworking office focused on helping immigrant entrepreneurs "plug" to the local ecosystem. Plug Cambridge was acquired by German coworking operator, Rent24 GMBH. Selected as one of the Top 50 Most Daring Entrepreneurs in the United States by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2017. He holds MBA from Boston University.

David has worked on a diverse set of engineering projects to develop, create prototypes, and move to manufacturing. His multi-disciplinary systems design and innovation skills come from working on projects involving mechanics, physics, electronics, data-processing, and programming.

Erik has been a professor at the National Polytechnic Institute since 2008. In 2020, he received an award from the National System of Researchers . He developed the first commercial Mexican myoelectric system to control a prosthesis. He also developed a navigation system for mobile robots in unknown environments that is guided by emergency signals for the University of Bristol.
