Currently he works at an automotive dealership where his tasks range from resident web master, IT, equipment specialist, graphic design, marketing, promotions, advertising and social media etc...

Simmone is an accomplished consultant and transformation strategist. She has degrees in HR and has worked as a VP of HR at a local resort. She has spent considerable time as a trainer for the Ministry of Tourism (14 years), lecturer at the Bahamas Hotel Training College and a training consultant at Radisson Cable Beach Resort. She is the founder of Horizons Academy and is a sought after transformational speaker, trainer and author.

Markera is an expert child playgroup facilitator. These groups deal with creating avenues for kids to learn and explore. She is a former in-house nanny skiled in formulating home schooling programs. She has training in education & arts from the Uni. of The Bahamas and Early Childhood Daycare from Penn Foster. She is Project Manager for the TEARS Foundation Bahamas Project which deals with supporting families after miscarriages and still births.

Geron is a CPA having previously studied at Acadia in Canada. He is a past senior auditor at KPMG Bahamas and also served as an assistant manager of restructuring. He also briefly ran his own pest control company and served as the financial controller of a local water production company.
