Garrett recently was awarded his PhD from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland. He has fourteen (14) years of web development experience. Garrett has founded several start-up ventures before Expedine and has focused on developing technology that will enhance peoples' lives.

Mourad is a senior software engineer with more than seventeen (17) years experience in software development. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech. Mourad has a long history of start-up experience, founding RestaurantDiningMenus.com in 2000 to provide an online portal for restaurant menus in the Charlottesville, VA area. Mourad also founded Telematics GPS, a company that provides web-based GPS tracking of vehicles.

Joseph is a Commercial Banker for a Mid-Atlantic bank with ten (10) years experience in the Banking industry, as an advisor to Small Business and Commercial Banking clientele. He has helped with several successful start-ups and is involved with helping business owner’s reach their financial goals on a day-to-day basis. He has a MBA from Loyola University with a concentration in Management and Economics.
