Matt has spent two decades in technical and editorial digital roles, including technical director at Image Centre and head of digital for Tangible Media. He also spent seven years as editor of New Zealand business bible Idealog. His deep experience with web, mobile, marketing and innovation helps keep Expander’s technology aligned with our customer’s business needs.

Rafael has worked in a number of business development and sales roles in both the design agency and media industries. He believes in creating high levels of trust and service that ensure the best outcome for all parties, so long-term relationships invariably flourish. Over the past five years he's been providing creative and brand strategy services to FMCG manufacturers.

Erwin has worked in management consulting for more than 10 years helping his clients with mergers and acquisitions (PwC New Zealand), business turnarounds, strategic realignments and growth. Prior to that he held numerous sales and marketing roles in the ICT industry, including business unit manager for BMC Software’s enterprise system management division in Northern Europe.

Nicole is a seasoned accountant who enjoys working with young and innovative companies. She works part-time for Expander updating the monthly management accounts and preparing quarterly and year-end reports.

An experienced producer and account manager who has worked within the global creative industries for over 18 years, helping turn advertising and design concepts into reality. Paula has a broad and solid understanding of the creative commercial world, which she uses to help our clients fine-tune their global marketing. Key skills include strong project management and client relationship skills.
