The US Government is spending >$10B/yr to return men to the Moon by 2024 and establish a permanent base. To sustain this requires a 10x reduction in cost compared to Apollo. Lunar Oxygen helps achieve this by avoiding the cost of launching O2 to the Moon. Oxygen is critical for breathing, water creation, and propellants, and it is abundant in lunar rocks. A permanent base would use >450 MT of O2/yr, representing >$2.5B/yr opportunity.
