Sheri Governo, RRT, MBA is the Vice President, Business Development & Administration, co-founder and Acting Chair of the BOD. Sheri has experience in healthcare management, multidisciplinary leadership, communications, public speaking, operations & personnel management. Her role includes oversight of business development & external relationship building, marketing, administrative/HR processes, legal/contracts, & business strategy.

Eric Shumka, B.Comm, CPA, focused on private companies and providing accounting, audit, and tax planning, as well as business advisory services prior to joining the Company full time in 2016. His industry expertise includes manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail, and professional services. Together, this set of experiences provide strong financial planning and risk management capabilities to Exigence Technologies.

Nelson Barrett, M.Sc., joined the Company in 2016. He brings a track record of diverse, multi-disciplinary, technical-oriented business leadership and is a 20 year veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. He is a former Senior Vice President of Standard Aero and Princess Auto, and has been involved in new business generation, business turnaround, retail manufacturing, business improvement analyses and recommendations, strategy and M&A activities.

Zach Wolff, P.Eng., MBA, began his career with Boeing where he worked in composite component R & D on many aspects of product & process development, prototyping, and operational execution. Since the founding Exigence, he has driven a successful growth strategy, several financing rounds, and has become co-inventor on several new patents. He also leads intellectual property management, regulatory affairs and research partnership efforts.
