Dr. Swart brings twelve years of experience in research and development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and aoperation management to the business after working in several capacities for the glabal animal health business of Boehringer Ingelheim

Mr. Fedders has over fifteen years of experience in financial planning for companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Wells Blue Bunny, and TOG and currently serves as the CFO for Exemplar Genetics.

Mr. Dacken spent 8+ years managing transgenic pigs for TOG. He is experienced in animal husbandry, USDA animal welfare, GCP/GLP record keeping and biosecurity.

Prior to joining Exemplar Genetics, Dr. Rogers was a post-doctoral fellow in the lab of Dr. Michael Welsh at the HHMI/University of Iowa and while there, led the development of the porcine models of cystic fibrosis.

Mr. Arends spent more than 10 years in the high tech communication industry. During that time he managed a team of service and technical representatives that assisted his efforts to provide leading edge technology to Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest. Mr. Arends then served as President of Berkridge Pork, a start-up specialty pork venture. At Berkridge he developed a brand, and established sales, service and distribution networks to service

Before joining Exemplar Genetics, Dr. Zerse worked as the Pharmacovigilance Manager for Intervet, was the Director of Operations for Lychron, a preclinical contract research organization, and spent time as a private practice veterinarian. Dr. Zerse brings surgical experience, strong working knowledge of GLP, AAALAC, USDA, and FDA standards and regulations, and strong leadership skills to the organization.

Mr. Honkomp has managed several commercial pig production systems over the past ten years. His experiences including all aspects of animal husbandry including breeding, farrowing, nursery, finishing and general facility design and management.
