Mr. Foster received his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at OSU. He has held positions at Abbott
Laboratories and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he was responsible for device testing and
development of new test protocols and equipment. As a graduate student at OSU, Mr. Foster was
responsible for the development of the first prototype treadmill exercise system.

Dr. Subha Raman, MD, Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, is Medical Director of Cardiovascular MRI and CT at The Ohio State University. She brings the perspective of a Board Certified Cardiologist as well as an internationally recognized leader in cardiovascular imaging.

Ernie Knight is a successful Senior Executive with experience spanning several sectors, including information technology, biosciences, financial services, industrial manufacturing and government. He has led the startup of several new organizations, and managed operations for teams ranging from only a few to large, multi-location facilities. Ernie’s background includes several years in venture capital investing and growth strategy consulting.

Ms. Lloyd earned her B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College, and brings a wealth of accounting and
financial expertise from both the public and private sectors. Her experience in both large (OAO
Technology Solutions, Arthur Anderson, LLP) and small (Adverising.com, Inc, Eyemaginations, Inc.)
corporate environments has enabled her to combine the flexibility necessary in a startup environment

As Director of Cardiovascular MR R&D at Siemens Medical, Dr. Simonetti took a leadership role in the
early days of cardiac MRI for identifying the market, developing new technologies as well as marketing
materials/strategies, organizing focus groups, and directly supporting sales to key early adopters.
Through these efforts, Siemens became the market leader in the field of Cardiovascular MRI. Dr.

Mr. Arnold received his B.S. and M.S. degrees at OSU, where he is the Program Coordinator for the
Hydraulic Power and Motion Control AAS degree. Mr. Arnold has more than 26 years of experience in
the field of hydraulics, including development of machines for agriculture, mining and construction
applications.
